JOB SUMMARY
To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in direct and indirect patient care responsibilities under the guidance of an RN and LVN. A qualified PCT must assist patients with their basic daily needs while cooperating with their medical health team to provide excellent care. The patient care technician's responsibilities include ensuring clean conditions, assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patients' health, and providing patients with a supportive environment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience as a PCT
Preferred CNA license or Medical Assistant License from Texas Nurse Aide Registry or EMT certification or CMA certification
Possess and maintains BLS through AHA or ARC
