This position is considered a Full-Time position at Weiss Memorial Hospital. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed Physician.
• Recent completion of a Internal Medicine Residency training.
• Strong communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities.

JOB DUTIES

• Administration and clinical supervision of residents in ACGME accredited residency programs.
• Teaching in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Ensure the effectiveness of the educational activities of the residency program.
• Perform clinical duties based on the needs of the program.
• This may include attending meetings, creating schedules and ensuring the residents fulfill their program's clinical and administrative duties.
