JOB SUMMARY
The HOUSE SUPERVISOR is a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) that practices within the scope of the Illinois Nurse Practice Act to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, high quality, individualized nursing care, based upon knowledge and experience, the nursing process and leadership skills. The RN incorporates the creative factors of human care and performs established procedures in accordance with the organization's and the nursing division's policies, procedures, and standards of care.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- BSN preferred or five years of experience as an RN
- Registered Nurse with current Illinois license
- Four years experience as a Medical/Surgical RN
- Two years experience as a shift Charge Nurse
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service delivery skills
- BLS, ACLS, PALS required
JOB DUTIES
The HOUSE SUPERVISOR supervises clinical and patient care delivery and has 12-hour accountability, authority and responsibility for the operations of assigned units. Duties include management of human, fiscal and material resources and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Adheres to the mission, values and philosophy of Resilience Healthcare. This position is Part-Time with rotating shifts.
